SQLTCP is the SQL*Net driver for TCPIP which is being provided by your PC-NFS software. When you switch to MS Lan Man, you are switching protocols and I believe what you now want is either SQL*Net for Named Pipes or SQL*Net NetBios. Basically, there is a different SQLNET for each protocol.
