I also am running on a 486sx with 8mb and a 16mb swap. My response times are actually a little quicker than yours, but I did do some extensive modifying of the init.ora to scale things down... I'll certainly agree that my setup is not the speediest but it is functional. I didn't know that PO7 supported the microsoft GPF standard ;-)
