We've been experiencing muchas problemas with 7.2.2.3, especially with the repcat system stored procedures.
One thing to be aware of is that (by default), the rbs tablespace in versions 7.1.6 and earlier is 4MB, but is 8MB (by default) in 7.2.2. I'd recommend increasing the size of this tablespace and re-installing your database objects, then re-trying the import.
