I am having a heck of a time trying to migrate our database from 9/6 to 10/7. We had a consultant come up and help with migrating the database and I have spent the last month hammering out the post upgrade steps but have run into more problems "BUGS" with the application (Oracle Gov Financials, Purchasing, Payables).
