Try OsloData 2.84
OsloData is a Windows database front-end. Opens, creates, designs, modifies, queries and converts databases of many formats (see below)
Useful for database developers, users and administrators. Shareware.

For users of previous versions:

Multiuser manipulation added, IISAM configuration expanded, interface improved, etc.

BUGS fixed:
Import to different field names works (also XBASE) Import to Paradox and ODBC works (creates unique indexes) No incorrect field input length limit

Here are some features:
     An integrated MDI app
Installable ISAMs (MS Access, dBASE, FoxPro, Paradox, and
Btrieve)
     ODBC
OLE 2.0 objects stored in DBs
Pictures stored in DBs (BMP, ICO, WMF, DIB, RLE)
Interactive data (data form, data grid) and structure
manipulation
Advanced data handling (filtering, sorting, duplicating
recordsets)
Powerful MS Query-like SQL generation tool (Select,
Crosstab, Insert, Delete, Update and Make-Table queries)
ODBC SQL as well as full Access SQL generation. Unions
supported.
     Parameter SQL Queries
     Password and System DB support
Working in multiuser and multitasking environments
     Attaching tables to Access databases
Creating and using Access built-in query definitions.
     Transferring data between databases
Converting tables to different database types
     Printing data
     Working with query definition files
Importing and exporting text data (CSV, TAB, custom and
fixed-length)
     ODBC and ISAM configuration
Working vith various MS Access engine versions
    etc.

Fast and highly compatible with many ODBC drivers (unlike MS Access and MS Query).
Standard SQL (unlike PowerBuilder).
Flexible in terms of accessing data (e.g. Access can't connect to many attached tables -- OsloData can)
