FORMS 3.x -> FORMS 4.x CONVERSION

Has anyone any experience with the 3rd party Forms 3.x to 4.x conversion tools?

Are they any good ?

What are their strengths and weaknesses ?

Are they significatly better than the standard Oracle Forms 4.x GENERATOR ?

Do any of them address re-location of processing to the Server ?

Any information would be very much appreciated.
