    You can change the following lines in your tk2/admin/Tk2Motif.* file:

        Tk2Motif*menubar*background:           skyblue
        Tk2Motif*menubar*foreground:           black
        Tk2Motif*submenu*background:           skyblue
        Tk2Motif*submenu*foreground:           black
        Tk2Motif*menu_item*background:         skyblue
        Tk2Motif*menu_item*foreground:         black
