The reason you have to put your fmx files in /orawin/bin is because that is your working directory. When you do an OPEN_FORM from one form to another, Forms seems to only look in the working directory, which is /orawin/bin if you run Forms from program manager. Change the working directory of your Forms icon in Prog Manager to the directory you want to work in. This may work.
