Ascii text output from Report 2.0

I am running Reports 2.0 on Windows and trying to output a plain ASCII file which can be used on other platforms. I selected GEneric/Text driver as the printer driver. The output file looked ok except that after every 66 lines, I get a control 'L' character.

IS there any workaround to get rid of this control character? Any possibility of playing around with page size, no.of pages etc ?

Any help/suggestions is most welcome.
