careful here, though i am a hugh oracle fan, and professional making a living developing oracle databases, the web product they offer is tied to PL/SQL, oracle's proprietary 4GL.

if you want a more general solution, you should write yourself CGI, or check out some of the early products which can generate such interfaces for you.
