LAN Workplace with Oracle

We are having an emulation problem using LAN Workplace with Oracle. We have tried up through version 5.0 of LAN Workplace but in using Host Presenter we can not get SQL*Forms 3.0 to emulate a VT220 cleanly. We have Oracle Forms 4.0 on our Unix box but have not yet tried the emulation. Has anyone successfully used LAN Workplace with SQL*Forms and have the designer and runform appear cleanly?
