I don't think Oracle 8.0 is in existance. A joke was made to Larry Ellison about the changes in Oracle 7.3 being so vast that they were calling it Oracle 8.0. Larry followed the joke and started talking about Oracle 7.3 features but referring to it as Oracle 8.0.
