Hi,
I also had this problem. The solution is
- Install Developer 2000 before installing Oracle WIN95
- Install Oracle WIN95 after you have installed DEV/2000
This will solve yout problem. Make sure that, the ORACLE HOME, is same and while logging into Oracle, the database string is given as 2:
