US-NJ ORACLE7 DBA ADMINISTRATION FULL-TIME

Merck & Co., Inc., a leading research-driven pharmaceutical products and services company, has immediate openings for:

       ORACLE 7 Database Administrators

to support a world-wide network of DB servers. These are full-time positions at our Rahway, NJ site in northern NJ.

REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years recent Oracle 7 DBA administration experience in a production environment, excellent knowledge of Oracle 7, SQL-PLUS, and PL/SQL, experience with UNIX systems and shell scripting. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required. Experience with remote DBA tools highly desireable.
