PRO*C Method 4 (DYNAMIC) and Array Fetchs'

I'm looking for a stub|code fragment|function that depicts the use of Array Fetches using PRO*C method 4. I do not know if this can be performed. Method 4 is richer than 1-3 but maybe restricted in these areas.
So all of you PRO*C users send your thoughts.
