Tables to monitor warehouse useage & growth

Does anybody have experience providing or using tables that would help monitor the use and growth of a data warehouse under Oracle? I just recently got access to a table that has one row for each session and includes columns named Username, Logon_Time, and Logoff_time.
What else is useful?
