Forms 4.5 - 3rd party graphics and reports

I am developing an application using Developer 2000 and would like a graphics and reporting tool that will allow a user to alter report and chart layouts at runtime. Could anyone steer me to a 3rd party package that could assist me. I would like the 3rd party products to be an integral part of the delivered package, so a DDL or VBX control would be appropriate.
