porting and recompiling large procedure blocks from sqlplus...
is there a means whereby sqlplus will consider the commented lines in a pl/sql procedure when reporting compilation errors?
seems tedious to say the least that the reported error line number may be hundreds of lines off in line count since commented numbered lines are not considered..
maybe a simple compile switch??
