Sandy,
Why did you hire them at the first place ? what good is your interview process if you couldn't eliminate candidates who didn't even know how to copy files onto diskette ? First ask yourself such questions before drawing conclusions and posting them here.
If you can't manage to hire technically good people I wonder how well you will be able to successfully lead the team ?
Anyway, can we all stop this crap on the net please ?
