Anyone have a 50-100GB Oracle DB on NT?

We are considering implementing a 50-100GB Oracle database on an Intel or perhaps Alpha machine running NT. Currently we are testing the database with a subset of the data (8GB).

What type of storage do you use? Is NT capable of handling this large of a DB or should we go back to a minicomputer?
