Hello All,

I am just wondering if anybody is using Persistence and Oracle. We just stared a project and we want to use Persistence.

Persistence is a third party software which produces C++ code to talk to Oracle, Sysbase, Informix and Ingres. They say it fills up the gap between Object Oriented Design and Relational Databases (I really do not see that anyway!!). But basically it will generate C++ Objects and Methods to interact with these databases. We are using Oracle 7.1.6 on HP 9000 (HPUX).

Anybody has any suggesions on this? We use lot of IPC calls between different systems and Hardware. We could use just Pro*C also.

Thanx a lot..
