Help - moving a Sybase Database

Is there another way to move a Sybase database (the file location of the data and log devices) without having to follow the steps outlined below:
- Dump the database
- Drop database and devices
- Recreate the database (setting the new file location for the data and log device)
- Restore the data from the dump device.
