When I pass-through to Oracle the statement "select seqnumber.nextval from dual" using VB3.0, I get back the message "Can't execute a non-action query" as a Visual Basic Error message.
When I use similar code to pass-through a query to a table in Oracle I get back what I expect.
If this is not enough information, I post the actual code (which I don't have handy right now).
