Pro*C for Windows

I am using an evaluation copy of Pro*C for Windows and have modified the sample "winsam" application found in \orawin\pro15\c\ to generate a new application. Whereas the re-built "winsam" application executes normally against a Personal Oracle7 for Windows database, my modified application fails because it doesn't find NWIPXSPX.DLL, NWCALLS.DLL and NETAPI.DLL. The environment is not networked and is using a local Personal Oracle7 for Windows database.

Any help would be appreciated.
