ORA-01555 Snapshot too old

There is pretty unknown feature of SQL: Every cursor must be closed and re-opened after each commit.

In general, it works with Oracle if cursors are not closed but Oracle doesn't guarantees that it will. It is not a supported feature... So, close the cursors and re-open them after each commit. Received on Mon Oct 02 1995 - 00:00:00 CET
