Report 2.5 Conditional Summaries on Break Groups

I have a v2.5 break report which produces a summary line for each break set of records. I would like to be able to supress the summation (or printing of the summary line) when there is only one record in the break set, for example:

col1 col2 col3
------ ------ ------

brk1      x1        y1
          x2        y2
 Total    sumx      sumy

brk2      x1        y1

brk3      x1        y1
          x2        y2
          x3        y3
 Total    sumx      sumy

Any help is appreciated.
