WHERE IN clause limitation

Oracle V 7.1.x has a limitation in the "WHERE IN" clause.  I can't handle
more than 255 elements. 



Does anyone know if the next versions of the RDBMS (v 7.2 and 7.3) is
going to eliminate this problem.
