I don't think I know of any Oracle/C/C++ experienced p/a who would work for 30K.
Unless you don't mean WORK experience but are considering school experience.?!

I have 2 years Oracle WORK experience, but I sure wouldn't take a salary cut, and I know I am not in the high end of the salary range for sr. p/a's.

If you are in a large city, the cost of living alone would not make this salary feasible.

A college grad. would probably be glad for this job. 30K to start out of college sounds much more reasonable.
