Help!! Server Down?????

Hi,

        Somethings wrong with our oracle server, it wount let anyone logon. Whenever anybody tries to we get the following messages

Does anyone know what's going on? The server crashed last night when we were updating some of our tables using the sqlloader, we cant restart the server because the sysadmin is out of town for the week and  so's her backup. We are running an oracle7 server on a Sun Sparc 1000 please send you replies to rlm_at_clemson.edu and/or raj_at_cs.clemson.edu.
