Visual attributes in Forms 4.0.13.17.2

 How would I go about changing the visual attribute of an item, in a multirecord   block, when it's contents determines which visual attribute to use?  

 For example;
  One block (query-only), 10 records displayed, each record has 4 fields.

 Field 1 = 'A' in 5 records and 'B' in the other 5. I'd like Field 1 to show  up RED when it equals A and BLUE when it equals B. All other fields remain  unaffected.

 Is this possible ?

 Any help would be appreciated.
