Good PRO*C debugger ?

Hi-de-ho.

Can anybody out there suggest (I'm not going to hold you to anything) a good PRO*C interactive (preferably GUI) debugger ?

I use to use CodeCenter (Centerline) for Ingres C programs but I had to seperate the embedded SQL from the rest of the C program so their pre-processor wouldn't barf on the EXEC SQL calls.
