Yes, there is Oracle-7 for NT, and there is a Pro*C as well for the Oracle 7 Server.
There is a Workgroup server as well for NT.
However, my experience shows that the support from Oracle for NT is rather poor, compared with that for MS-SQL Server or even Sybase for NT.
