Oracle6 and Netware 4.1

Hello all
we had serious problems when installing Oracle6 RDBMS on a Netware 4.1 Server.
Error messages when opening a database (insufficient memory), even system
crashes.
Does anyone know about compatibility with Netware 4.1 ?
PS: AFTER311.NLM was loaded, PATCH311.NLM refused to load.
