Let's have a look at 'unloader.pc', a pretty Pro*c unload utility (it even can create the Sql Loader control files). Either use archie or if you're european try : ftp.uni-oldenburg.de:/pub/unix/oracle/tools/unloader.pc.Z Hope it helps.
