Designer 2000 Hardware Requirements

Can anyone tell me what the hardware requirements (RAM, disk space, processor speed) are for a PC to run Designer 2000 & Windows NT 3.51? We are looking at getting a Pentium-133 with 32M of RAM and a 2 gig hard drive. Should this be sufficient for things to run smoothly? The database server will be running on our unix system, so we will also need to run SQL*Net and a TCP/IP interface on the PC. How much more additional RAM and disk space if we want to run Developer 2000 simultaneously?
