What errors are you getting? Did you do a generic SQL*Net V2 install where it puts everything in \orawin\...? We've installed SQL*Net V2.0 on 2 Win 95 PCs with no problems using our standard tnsnames.ora file. SQL*Plus, FORMS, and 3rd party software works fine.

Need more info to help you.
