Help ! Oracle doesen't work with 128MB RAM

I recently upgraded my Oracle Server from Oracle 7.0.13 to Oracle 7.1.6.
Everything worked fine !

Then, after a week or so I got 32MB RAM to put it in my Server ( SPARCstation 10/50 with Solaris 2.4 ). I did it, and now I have 128MB RAM.

BUT !!!! ORACLE DOESEN'T WORK ANYMORE !!!! :-( I can do a STARTUP MOUNT, but if I try to OPEN, I get an ORACLE timeout error ( an ORA-600 error !!! ), a "<defunct>" process and the following errors in the LGWR trace file:
