Reading Oracle REDO Log Files

This would be a rather complicated application to write as you must understand how Oracle writes data in the redo log. There is however a commercial product available on the market that does exactly what you just described. Contact 'TurnStone Software' in Woodside, California (ask for Scott Martin).
