Help! - RASS connection to Oracle 7.1 NT Server

A couple months ago I read some information in this newsgroup about how you could use Microsoft RASS to connect to a Oracle 7.1 Server running on a NT Server. Could someone repost this information or let me know what steps are required to make this work.

I would appreciate any information provided!
