Any version from Oracle v7 are running fine on HPUX v10.x, as I
experienced.
I think it isn't too much of compatability issues here --- rather the
latest the Oracle version, the more stable it is. Anything before
v7.0.16 is closed to a nightmare. v7.1.4 and v7.1.6 are production
stable. And v7.2 is comming ...
