You have to write the code for drag/drop by yourself...

Oracle Forms has a number of triggers that you can use for drag/drop. (WHEN-MOUSE-DOWN, WHEN-MOUSE-MOVE and more...)

There is also a number of SYSTEM.MOUSE-variables that you can use with the WHEN-MOUSE-triggers!

There is a demo of drag and drop i Forms 4.5-demo forms.
