Personal Oracle-7 & Windows 95: help me...

I have problems with installation of Personal Oracle-7 on Windows 95 (4.490.000).

1. The installer ask for Win32s. Is Win95 a superset of Win32s, isn't it ?! However after manual editing of setup script, installation passed successful.
2. When i try run any utility, i got a message: "ORA-03121: no interface driver connected - function not performed." There was an error: " " on oracle71.exe startup.

Is there anybody who experienced in installing Personal Oracle-7 under Windows 95 ? Please help me !
