SQL*Net 2.1 install on SuOs 4.1.3_U1 ?

$ORACLE_HOME/network/config/sql/ncschema.sql

No such file exists, even after re-installying SQL*Net 2.1 from CD. This file is required to build the schema objects and user net_conf, which you must do beofre you can setup SQL*Net. The only files installed to that directory were:

/usr2/oracle/7.1.4.1.0/network/config% ll sql total 10

-rw-r--r-- 1 oracle 914 Nov 2 1994 nmcrvke.sql
-rw-r--r-- 1 oracle 94 Nov 2 1994 runnmc.sql

These aren't the right scripts, and install.log shows they were run at install already anyway!
