compiling Pro *c with Microsoft C1

How can I compile an Microsoft C /Pro *C program without going over the 64K barrier? I am using Microsoft C 1.0 and Oracle 7. I get a linker error that I am over the 64k barrier. I have tried messing around with linker options with no success.
