Raw vs. Cooked - What are you using?

I working on a data warehouse application where I've been advised by a performance tuning expert that I will want to use raw devices as opposed to normal UNIX file systems. There is much said about the pros and cons of raw, but little said about the % of sites using one over the other.
Please post a reply that states the following:
Application
DB size
Number of users
Platform (HW & OS)
Oracle version
Raw or Cooked
