Is Forms 4.5 a stable release?

Hi, I need some help and feedback ...

Is Forms 4.5 a stable release? We are currently using Forms 4.0 and considering to upgrade to 4.5. Have you encountered many bugs with 4.5? Is the performance with 4.5 better than the 4.0? Is there a significant gain to move to 4.5 ?
