RAM overhead for CDEINIT and Report Server.

Hi all,
We are planning to use CDEINIT.EXE and R25SRV.EXE in the windows startup to imporve the loadtime performance for the applications devloped under Dev2K. Does any one know,
- How much RAM it will take up ?
- Are there any other overhead attached to this ?
