The tool your looking for is TabGen 2.2 from SSCD, Inc. SQL*Group. The tool generates DDL for ALL Oracle Objects. Tables, indexes, views, all constraints, DBA function include: procedures, packages, functions, user roles, grants, etc You get the idea..

It runs on almost anything out there OS wise.... Windows/Win 95/Windows NT/ Alpha/VMS/ Unix/RS600
