Really? Oracle happily quoted us Bronze, Silver and Gold. We are on Bronze and when my boss saw the cost of Bronze he went ballistic :-(. So I will definitely *NOT* be suggesting we upgrade to Gold.

Oracle Customer Support here in Malaysia is pretty responsive but are constrained by a shortage of staff. They recently hired a new person and she recently shipped me a patch for a HP-UX platform. The trouble is we are on a Sparc/Solaris platform :-). Luckily I'm paranoid and eyeballed the READMEs before applying the patch. Oh yes, her name is "Mercy" BTW. I guess she'll have me crying out for mercy one of these days.
