I use Platinum's SQL Coder. The tool has a catalog browser, the lowest level of which provids the DDL for the catalog objects. It's very handy. I use it all the time. Platinum recently acquired the company that originally developed the tool and they are spending a money beefing up the development staff. I've been very pleased with the tool and the support.
